Christine Jantz

Advisory Board member and Founder; President

Christine Jantz is responsible for business and investment strategy. Prior to Jantz Management, Chris worked for GMO as a Quantitative Equity Analyst, as an Assistant Vice President at Putnam Investments, and as a Sr. Consultant for Arthur D. Little. She is also the Chief Investment Officer for NorthStar Asset Management. She is a board member and past Treasurer of the ADL Alumni Association. Chris holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan, and M.S. in Statistics from the University of Iowa, a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from Bethel College and she is a CFA® charterholder.

Julie Goodridge

Advisory Board member; CEO and Founder of NorthStar Asset Management, Inc.

Julie Goodridge began her career as an investment professional in 1983 at Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith.  She was an Account Executive at EF Hutton and Associate Vice-President at Dean Witter Reynolds until 1990, when she left to create her own socially responsible investment firm NorthStar Asset Management, Inc.  Julie was the lead plaintiff in the legal case, Goodridge v. Massachusetts Dept. of Public Health, winning marriage rights for same sex couples in Massachusetts. She has held numerous board positions, and is past Treasurer of both the MassEquality Ed Fund and the New World Foundation.  She holds a B.A. from Boston University and an Ed.M. from Harvard University.

Nancy Smith

Advisory Board member; Former Vice President and Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Inc.

Nancy Smith is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bay State Milling Company, Living Technologies, Inc., Chex Fine Foods, and Lexington Marketing International. She was also member of the Advisory Board of Directors of The NutraSweet Kelco Company.

John Sterman

Advisory Board member; Jay W. Forrester Professor of Management, MIT Sloan School of Management

Dr. John Sterman is Director of MIT’s System Dynamics Group, and an expert in System Dynamics. His research centers on the application of systems thinking and dynamic modeling of complex systems in a broad range of areas – from strategy to scientific revolutions and from operations research to organizational learning. Dr. Sterman is also the author of “Business Dynamics – Systems Thinking and Modeling for a Complex World,” the foremost text book in the field of System Dynamics.
